“What a pleasant experience”

Went into the Speke store just to have a look at the sofas. So impressed with the help and information that we received from Jan (the saleswoman), no bluff or irrelevant rubbish just exactly what we wanted to know and no trying to force us to buy. Due to this actually ordered the sofas there and then. A task that I was dreading turned out to be a really pleasant experience. I would recommend Jan to anyone who is thinking of getting a new sofa.
