A comment of the sales staff in store although I found them annoying as they constantly came up to me asking if I wanted "any help". I much prefer to be left alone to peruse. However once I had made a decision the person (Mike, Oldham - Elk Mill store)was extremely helpful and polite.

Again on the telephone I spoke with Carol O'Neil who explained all the details, ranging from the sofa we had chosen to the differing finance details, enabling us to make an informed decision. Carol was extremely helpful & polite unlike other telephone 'advisor's'. I would strongly recommend CSL.
