After visiting many Sofa showrooms in the Lancashire area we visited CSL in Blackburn and were extremely impressed by the service we recieved from the guys in store. Their approach couldn't have been more different from pretty much all of the other stores we visited.

We were served by Laura Heyworth and who was very patient and really went out of her way to make sure we got the sofa we wanted, showing us many products before we made our mind up.

Once we had decided upon the product we wanted to purchase, she then went onto ensure that it would fit perfectly in the space we required (this wasn't as simple as it sounds, as we initally had a double corner unit in mind which was going to be a very tight fit) and involved her manager Mark to double check measurments etc. to make sure we got things right the first time round - this was very reassuring and a stark contrast to many of the other stores we visited who simply wanted to close the sale as quickly as possible and move on to the next customer.

Laura offered and explained all the additional services/products that were available but certainly didn't attempt to force the sale of these as most companies do these days.

We were kept informed of the delivery dates throughout the order process and the fabulous sofas arrived today, and were installed very effeciently by the CSL drivers who were very courteous and friendly - they took the time to explain how to best take care of the sofas and removed all rubbish etc. before leaving, and similarly to Mark & Laura, they also went out of their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving.

The sofas are very comfortable and look amazing.

Overall I cannot recommend the CSL team highly enough - they were truly exceptional, and a shining example of what modern day Sales and Customer Service should be.
