The mattress took 6 weeks to deliver, but was quoted £1239 for a Hypnos supreme mattress at a local high street store, excluding my old mattress being removed. Best beds quoted £899, supplied a mattress cover AND removed the old mattress for this price. I had a most helpful and informative conversation with the company telephone representative and on follow up conversations always received courteously. The delivery men phoned the night before delivery day, phoned half an hour before delivery and arrived punctually. Happy customer!

I ordered a mattress which turned out to be faulty. The way bestpricedbeds dealt with this was exemplary. There was excellent communication throughout the process, swift responses, action and no dragging feet. I would commend them for their excellent customer service sth that is so rare these days and so important if things don't go to plan. In the end. The mattress was picked up and I got a full refund = happy customer. I saw a guest trundle bed I liked on "special" offer with another supplier. Doing a google search Best Price Beds were significantly cheaper for the same bed. I ordered it easily online via their website - no delivery charge and two single mattress protectors included free. I emailed them once the order was confirmed about the delivery date and had a helpful efficient response very promptly. Their delivery company (Via Logistics) called me in advance to agree the delivery time. They again called me on the day to say they were on their way. They helpfully took the packages upstairs ( we did ask and tipped as a thank you). The bed parts were very safely packaged, instructions were clear and we put everything together in under two hours with no major trauma. Very happy with finished product and will definitely use this company again. Also received a hand written receipt in the post which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise in this email age. Very impressed with them from start to finish.

I chose Best Price Beds after using a search engine for the particular branded product I was wanting. Everything I wanted to know was on their web site. The branded product, well described, was purchased at a very good price and included delivery. Secure on line ordering was quick and easy (always check that there is a 'lock' icon in the web address bar, this shows a secure site).Telephone call received to confirm exact delivery date. Item arrived on the date quoted. Excellent packaging ensured item arrived in first class condition. I have no hesitation in recommending Best Price Beds, I am sure you will not find better service anywhere. I can only say that the service I received was all round excellence.

From the easy to use website and ordering to the efficient delivery, dealing with Best Price Beds has been outstanding. And in addition, in my experience, they really do have the best price! My old mattress, which was still in excellent condition, was taken away also and I was pleased to know that it will be recycled and not scrapped.

Ordering over the phone was efficient, but not confirmed by paper or email, so I had no reference number to refer to when six weeks later, I rang to enquire when the new Hypnos Superking mattress would be delivered. I was offered 2 dates with 07.00 delivery time, which was unacceptable but we were then given a 08.45 slot, so happy with that. Two gents delivering the superking mattress were fantastic. It was a wet day, and they were careful (pictures were removed from walls) to avoid damage. I gave them disposable blue shoe covers to keep my cream stair carpets clean as they were forbidden (health and safety) from removing their boots. Can I suggest you supply your delivery teams with these? Very cheap, but makes a big impact on customer service. The difficulty of getting the new mattress up the stairs (including an acute bend) was matched by removing the old one, but again, it was done with expertise, care and courtesy. The hiccups (not their fault) over arranging delivery the time were completely offset by these two staff, and we are most grateful.

Bought a orthos cashmere hypnos full bed from this company delivered before Christmas which took under just 6 weeks which they stated. Old bed taken away for free which was great and bed absolutely fantastic quality. Pillows weren't in stock but arrived today they also good quality and especially as they came free with the bed. Delivery guys were really professional and took care when they delivered the bed. Would definitely recommend this company and we will certainly be purchasing from them in the future, was abit wary as price seemed to good to be true but really was a great buy

I ordered a new bed frame and matress from them and they were one of the cheapest prices on the internet. I received a phone call straight after ordering and was told i could change my delivery option to two man delivery and it woulf be before xmas. Delvery company very professional called to book a timeslot with me and called before arrival. Even installed the matress for me. Highly recommend this website as i have had such a good service.

We can't recommend Best Price Beds highly enough. Their website is very easy to navigate and very informative and after much research, both on and offline, we honestly couldn't find a better price for the bed we wanted. The only problem we had was actually paying for our online order, but this was not their fault and their customer service department phoned us back within a few minutes and took payment over the phone. The receipt arrived by first class mail the next morning. Delivery time given was 4-5 weeks, but 10 days later we got a phone call to say that the bed was ready for delivery. Delivery is by a third party, but the men were cheerful, polite and very careful. We were given two days' notice of delivery and a three hour delivery slot which was adhered to. The only very small negative is that the free gift came direct from Best Price Beds and did not arrive until a week after the bed. It is not made clear that this will not be delivered with the bed. As we chose a mattress cover,it would have been nice to have it before or with delivery of the bed so that we cold put it on straightaway.
