Ordered 4ft mattress only to receive 4ft 6. They are saying I ordered wrong but You don’t get order confirmation of what you ordered so their word against mine. They send you an email from a really strange private email address with an error link you can’t click in to saying it is not safe! They want to charge me £50 to exchange or £79 to collect for a refund. Complete daylight robbery! They will only communicate through email so taking forever. Avoid this company!!!
