I ordered a bed and mattress on the basis that both qualified for next day delivery. Nearly 4 weeks later and I am still waiting. I would love to hear from anyone who has managed to speak to a representative having tried to call to investigate their order - I repeatedly get through to an answer phone. Have had a couple of calls back days later - systems have been down so no resolution reached and I have then had to chase and chase to have them call me back again.
One of the most frustrating experiences I have encountered as a customer. I paid a significant amount for my order, have been told my goods are ready for delivery but there seems no way of getting them! I am left wondering what sort of operation this is!
