Purchased a steens child's mid-sleeper from bed world stores. It arrived on time no problem there.

After opening boxes to start putting this bed together realised that there were several pieces damaged... Dents scratches And the head board had no holes drilled into it so it could not be attached to anything!

I phoned bed world stores....It was a Thursday afternoon and they explained they could not deliver new parts until the Monday and that I would have to wait in again between the hours of 8-18.00! I was not impressed as did not get any upgrade on delivery.
Monday came and nothing was delivered and when I spoke to the company they apologised and explained it would be delivered on the Tuesday and they should of phoned me to explain this.... but no one made the effort to contact me....and that they will now upgrade it to a pre 9.30 delivery. (Why I wasn't given an upgrade the first time round I don't know)

New parts arrived on the Tuesday but they were in worse condition than the pieces I had in the first place. Then I phoned the company again and demanded a refund and to collect the awful bed, which they did the following day- but guess what you have to wait in again between the hours of 8-18.00.

Quality of there goods is terrible, customer service was fine. The were reluctant to let me speak to a manager but even when I did she didn't do much to help either.

I did receive a refund and the bed was collected but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AMD THERE BEDS ARE ABSOLUTE RUBBISH

PAY A LITTLE BIT EXTRA AD GET A BED WORTH WHILE
