orderd bed 5 weeks ago did not tell us it was out of stock .had a day off work awaiting for the bed no bed never phoned or email that the bed was out of stock after endless phone calls and emails bed arrived 5 weeks they had our money customer service staff need to retain on how to speak to there customers they were rude ,they never said sorry once will not use again.they did say I could have another bed but I needed to pay more

Yes. If a bed is not suitable they will charge you to take it away - and a hefty price too - scary - my experience with staff was similar - rude and unhelpful. Only deal with taking money - do not care about customer satisfaction.
