Excellent service- received text messages relating to delivery and the email gave a link updating delivery time every 5 minutes. Upon taking our old divan out we realised that the new one wouldn't fit due to the restrictions on the landing and Bedstar were very understanding and allowed us to replace the new bed with a different make/model of slightly smaller dimensions. Would definately recommend to others.Ordering online was very easy and phone calls only had a small waiting time before connection - approx 2 mins.
