Purchased a bed online. Paid extra for Saturday delivery. It was not delivered! Agreed new delivery date - midweek. They committed to deliver then. Non-committal on refund of Saturday delivery fee!! Today called the courier who said had only part of the bed, Bedstar wouldn't respond, and other parts returned to supplier. So - no delivery again today. Will have to cancel order and probably need to obtain refund from credit card company. Dreadful service and I don't recommend anyone to use them.
