Ordered a bed from bedstar in February for delivery early march and i have to say the service was excellent. The initial delivery went without a hitch and all communucation was spot on, We had a small problem with the bed about 1 week into use when th emattress developed a small bump right in the middle which proved quite difficult to sleep on. After contacting bedstar they were brilliant, and organised a technician to come and look at the problem.
Two days later the technician arrived, diagnosed the fault was a manufacturer defect and withing 3 days we had a brand new mattress delivered out and swapped over!! Excellent service and speedy resolution! will use again.
