Having had a nasty experience with Two other online Bed companies who quoted thousands in stock and avaialble next day. i took a third gamble with Bedstar.

Wow, Wow, Wow. What a service.

Called the sales line at 2 pm on a Wednesday afternoon and spoke with a guy called Tom. 1o minutes later i had ordered a Stompa bunkbed with upgraded pocket sprung mattresses and a delivery date of the following day. The two other companies had quoted 7 - 10 days so Bedstar must have some clout with the suppliers to offer next day delivery. My email followed 5 minutes later after that with all the details i could ever wish to have. Courier details, Delivery Time scale, Returns policy.
1 hour later i received an email and text message from Bedstar's delivery department with the delivery slot booked between 9 and 12 on the Thursday.
On the Thursday i received a phone call at 8 .45 from the driver asking if it would be ok to deliver in the next 5 minutes as he was running ahead of schedule. No problem i said, i'll get the kettle on. 15 minutes later the delivery guys has turned up unloaded and carefully placed the items in our boys new bedroom. They inspected the goods to make sure everything was correct before tucking into to the brew i had just made.

After building the bed me and my husband reflected on what was with out doubt the best service we have ever received.

Well Done Bedstar, Hats of off to you and i hope the word spreads as you truly deserve to be recognised as a truly inspirational company.
