I placed an order a few days ago for a TV bed with free next day delivery. I paid 50% deposit and the rest by finance which all went through perfectly. I phoned bedstar on the supposed day of delivery for them to say my credit card payment was put on hold by my bank. Phoned my bank and they said no transactions were on hold, money had been taken from account. I phoned Bedstar again and this time they blamed the finance company for the hold. I was sent an email from the finance company saying the order was accepted and that they have asked bedstar to release the bed. A complete waste of time. The staff on the phone do not have a clue of what is going on.
