“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!”

We placed our order on December 17, 2012 and 3 months later? Still no furniture!! They lie and they are terrible!! It was finally delivered in late March, but was only supposed to take 6 weeks - not 12! They got my payment immediately and should not require payment until there is a delivery. I was told the first order was damaged and we were getting another set of furniture and it would be delivered within 10 days. How about 3 weeks later! I got a great deal on the furniture at the expense of having to deal with a company that these guys contracted to deliver it. Horrible experience! They cancelled once then 2 weeks later I spent 24 hours and dozens of phone calls trying to get the order delivered. They kept calling back and changing the time all day long with excuse after excuse. I even waited up until 1 am for the delivery guy to show. He was supposed to come at 10pm and then had a "flat tire" supposedly about an hour away... (read more)

How was the delivery? I thought they were helpful too when they were taking my credit card number but after that I got the impression that they didnt want to help me deal with their contracted delivery company that was making a huge mess of things!
