I had a great experience with Bedroom Furniture Discounts. I had recently had some very bad experiences with a well known furniture chain. I waited weeks for a living room set, missing my original delivery date due to manufacturer delays, only to get something that was not exactly what I ordered. I also ordered a dining set from another online business, only have it arrive in pieces, damaged beyond repair. Things were not looking good. I still needed a bedroom set, so I took a chance and ordered one sight unseen from Bedroom Furniture Discounts. The price was at least $800 less than other sites selling the same set. When the bedroom set arrived, my jaw just dropped. It was every bit as gorgeous in person as it had been in the advertised photo! The guys who delivered were right on time and super nice, as was Andrian from customer service who followed up with me after delivery and stayed with me for several weeks as we worked out a minor issue (sticky drawer). I couldn't be more happy with my new bedroom furniture. I wish I had ordered my other furniture from them.

I searched locally for an entertainment center, when I couldn't find what I was looking for I went to Internet. I found a great piece and searched numerous sites to find the best price and delivery options. Bedroom Furniture Discounts did NOT have the best price but great customer service reviews and delivery options, PLUS they were willing to match the price I found on another site! I ordered before Thanksgiving because I needed the piece before Christmas. Then on Black Friday, I found the piece for almost $400 less on another site. My piece hadn't even shipped yet and knowing the restocking fees I was stuck. I emailed Andrain and he was able to meet in the middle and give me another $200 off!! They had my order already and easily could have said too bad it wasn't the price on their site but they didn't! I spoke with a real person, Andrain every time I called and he always knew who I was and provided excellent customer service! I was nervous about ordering such a large and expensive piece of furniture online, but I love the piece and would order through Bedroom Furniture Discounts Again.

We just received our large entertainment stand that we purchased for $2100. It's exactly as described and everything went great. We decided to use them after we purchased our entire bedroom set from them last year. Both times everything went perfect and we would definitely order from them again. I was a little concerned ordering it online, sight unseen, but it turned out into an awesome experience. I called and spoke to the rep on the phone and placed my order. I received a confirmation email and what to expect as to time of delivery. I then received a call from the Delivery company advising an approximate time for delivery with another call to be received. Everything went extremely well. The bedroom furniture was perfect. The movers were courteous and professional. They set the furniture and did a great job. The whole experience was very positive.
