“Poor quality, avoid ”

Save your time and money, purchase a better quality item and wait a bit longer for your new bed, I had the wrong item delivered and then a faulty bed. All in all not a good experience. Customer service line is always engaged for long times, won't be buying from them again.

“This company is shocking had to appeal twice with...”

This company is shocking had to appeal twice with paypal to get my money back as they tried to say I had received my mattress only kept the bed as there was no chance of then collecting it so that I could get refund for that too. Had so many texts with delivery dates that I still had no mattress over a week after original delivery date. Customer service is also very poor they will lie through their teeth, do yourself a favour stay clear of these pirates. I wish I had read reviews before I had dealing with them if so I would have look elsewhere.

“Sent me the delivery info two and three days after...”

The delivery men arrived at 730am on Saturday and were quite rude to us when we were surprised / asleep and trying to clear the room quickly, the kept ringing the bell saying hurry up as we tried to get changed. As with any other delivery service, I expected that we would receive confirmation of a time for such a big item on the day. However, two days later on Monday evening, I received an e-mail from Bedstore with the time, and this morning on the Tuesday a text! Not sure why these have come days after the delivery but maybe they should make their delivery company aware of this so they won't be so rude next time!

“BEb delivery”

Ordered a bed which arrived two day later great I thought however a box was missing.I contacted bedstore who told me it would arrive on friday or saturday it did not I contcated them and was told the courier ran out of time,obviously they do not carry mobile phones as I received no call.I contacted bedstore on monday and was told I would have to wait 2 days for an investigation.I called back and said I was not happy and was told it would arrive on that day it did not.I rang and told them if it did not arrive on tuesday to collect the bed and refund my money.It arrived on tuesaday and I was informed by the courier the box had been on the van for days but no one instructed him to deliver it. Very poor service this took six days to arrive after the main delivery. I would not recommend bedstore and will not use them again.6 days had I bought it from other retailers it would have arrived next day I have learnt a lesson and will avoid bedstore in future.Beware the service is terrible.

“Dreadful ”

Disclaimer: I have not yet received my item because my delivery has been messed up so many times. This review is based on customer service. One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I ordeed a bed and mattress over a week ago. The first delivery (scheduled between 8AM and 6PM) didn't have all the parts. When I called their customer service department I was told that the rest of the delivery would be out next week on a Monday. But then I received a text later that day saying a courier had attempted to deliver said missing parts and hadn't been able to because I wasn't in (because I had been specifically told that the earliest the delivery could happen would be Monday). The delivery was ordered AGAIN for Monday. AGAIN it was incomplete. I called customer service and was promised a call back the next morning to arrange a new delivery date. The call never came. I called back AGAIN and was promised the same thing. The call never came. Instead I received an automated text informing me of delivery on a date I had expressly told customer service I would not be available. Once more, (this morning) I called customer service. The latest is that I will receive my full order on Friday, which remains to be seen. Even if the order arrives intact the shoddy customer service and time wasted waiting for this delivery has already biased me against this company. Don't be fooled by the low prices; do yourself a favour and purchase a bed from somewhere more reputable and professional.

“Shoddy, unreliable, dishonest”

Absolutely furious. Wrong product, uninformed delivery, wrong parts, no response to replace or return, was informed someone would call me back but didn't. I called, was put on hold for 15 mins then line went dead. I still have a rubbish bed that I can't put up, and they have my money. Do not buy anything from this company

“Customer service teribble”

I placed an order for a bed and mattress and was excited for the delivery," I received an email to say the order was delayed but the morning of the supposed delivery received the mattress. Can't tell me when the bed was going to be delivered. Although the website said its available and on next day delivery it's shocking, I have cancelled the order and now waiting a phone call for the mattress to be picked up but didn't receive a call last night

“Misleading false advertisement!! ”

I ordered with Bedstore last week, got a text message the evening before delivery date to inform me not to stay in as they couldn't delivery and would update me the following working day. They never did. I rang them and suffered through a 30 minute phone call with incompetent staff. they got my name wrong numerous times, they got my order wrong and tried refunding me for the wrong amount. Finally i stupidly tried ordering a new bed which they claimed was in stock but they couldn't process the order as my card was "declined" i tried moments later online and the order went through fine. New bed ordered. Same thing happening as i write this. delivery day is today. got the text message last night 5.30pm, as before, to inform me they couldn't deliver. this time i shall be getting a refund and going elsewhere. be aware that Worldstores is the parent company and not to order with them either.

“Why didn't I read this before ordering?”

Ordered a bed and mattress for my new home and was expecting a saturday delivery waited in all day nothing. Contacted them monday to be told I would have too wait another two weeks for delivery cancelled order and a refund supposedly has been processed we shall see. Dreadful customer service, dreadful company, go elsewhere.

“Deliberately misleading sales process”

Ordered a bed frame and mattress. Mattress arrived but no bed frame and when I queried this they informed the had problems with the supplier and had no delivery date. Crucially no one contacted me to inform me of the issue. Ordered a replacement (Thursday PM) for next day delivery and told it wouldn't be delivered until Saturday - understandable. Phoned again first thing Friday to confirm delivery for Saturday and was assured it was booked in. Nothing arrived so phoned just before close of business on Saturday and was told it wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday. Deliberately mislead throughout and never received any communication to let us know what was happening. Avoid these charlatans at all costs.

“worst company”

Avoid at all cost. Dreadful product and dreadful service. My daughter ordered a bed which arrived very damaged. To arrange a replacement and collection is proving very time consuming. After countless calls the new bed has been dispatched to the wrong place. How difficult can it be for a bed company to deliver a bed to the right place and in good condition. Clearly for Bedstore very difficult ! To make matters worse hers was removed the day the damaged one was delivered as we did not know till it was unpacked. So she does not have a bed. After I called again today they promised it would arrive at some point today. Needless to say I wont hold my breath.

“Shocking service”

I ordered a mattress from this company on the Wednesday and selected Saturday delivery because I work and weekends are the only time I'm off. By 1.30 pm on the Saturday I had heard nothing. No confirmation email or delivery confirmation. I will add at this point they took payment from my bank straight away. Rang this company to double check that they were going to deliver. The guy on the other end of the phone was abrupt and told me they had. Tried to deliver at 9 am that morning. NO THEY HADNT. I was up from 7.45am, never moved out of my house. I have 4 big dogs that bark if anyone comes near my house. Rearranged for Monday delivery. A day off work without pay. Rang them at 1pm on the Monday to double check and was told it wasn't coming!!!! The lady this time told me that any deliveries miss on Saturday had been rescheduled for Tuesday so I was never going to get the mattress on Monday . Was told 100% guaranteed it would be delivered Tuesday and they would ring an hour before giving me time to. Get home from work and not miss another day. 12.30pm Tuesday. Just got off the phone with them. The mattress is not coming today surprise surprise . There was a mix up in their depot. Told them I wanted my money back which the guys said ok to but would take 3 to5 working days to go back into my bank. Remember they took my money staright away. I have told them if I don't get an email to confirm this I will be talking to trading standards in the morning. Shocking company, shocking customer service I will be telling everyone I know about this company and not to shop there

“Avoid this group”

Sales and delivery do not liaise. Alerted by email to delivery coming on the day I chose and it did not arrive. I took the day off work for this. Next day received email to arrange delivery but they had no knowledge of the prearranged date. If it turns up tomorrow as now arranged, I will be amazed. Wish I had gone to Dreams or JL and will never use them again. Don't be persuaded by other reviews which have clearly been cleansed.

“Bed order”

We ordered a bed, with a guaranteed next day delivery, We now have it ten days later. We were told they could not deliver it on the day requested, because only three boxes had been received, instead of four. When they finally delivered there were still only three boxes, and the delivery driver explained they were 'a bit behind'. He couldn't take it up to the bedroom because he was on his own. I would never order from this company again, or accept that their sales prices quoted are genuine. I think their customer service is appalling and I have spent well over an hour on the phone trying to just ascertain what the problem is.

“Appalling Customer Service”

Ordered a new bed for my disabled sons new house - got a text at 10am on day of delivery saying they weren't coming & no alternative date. My son had to sleep in a local hotel for his first night in his new home. Takes ages (ie 30 mins) to get through, they break promises in not phoning back & one employee put phone down on me. In the end we sourced product from a local shop who delivered in one hour. Dealing with Bedstore has been my worst online retail experience in years - they truly are dreadful & do not care about the customer. They are liars, unreliable are quite happy to let the customer down. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole - use them at your own peril, but you have been warned. I wish I had read some of the review websites - I would have saved myself (& my disabled sone) a world of stress & upset. You should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves.

I ordered a bed and mattress from the website before 12 noon on Thursday as I was in a rush and wanted next day delivery. I received confirmation of the products and the delivery choice. The following day it got to mid afternoon and no bed. I rang customer services (good luck here) and after 25 minutes listening to music on hold and recorded announcement finally got through to someone who told me that because I lived in Scotland that the bed would not be delivered next day and would go via a courier, the bed had yet to be dispatched to the courier and that they would contact me for a date once they had collected. I pointed out that the terms stated that it was next day and that I had not received anything to the contrary and they said that there was nothing that they could do! Would have used a different company with better delivery options if I had known as the bed won't be with me until Monday now at the earliest....not impressed.

“Don't believe the delivery”

I ordered a cabin bed from a competitor but didn't deliver after promising three dates. I cancelled the order and got the same Bed from bed stores. I didn't realise it seems to be the same company behind both stores (world stores) again i chose delivery on the 12th March but it didn't arrive. I then got a call saying it would be ready for delivery from Thursday 17th March so I asked for Saturday 19th March. The lady confirmed it would be delivered today (19th March) surprise! No delivery!! I gave them 2 stars cos another bed was delivered as promised. Buyer beware!

“Speak as you find..........”

I was very worried after seeing all of the negative reviews for Bedstore.co.uk on here but I have to be fair and say that they have delivered I promised. I ordered a bed and mattress combo late on Monday evening and chose a delivery date of Wednesday. Because of all of the negative reviews I rang their customer service (you do have to wait around 10-15 minutes to get an answer) to ensure the order would be delivered. I was reassured everything was in order. Lo and behold, I got an email and text on Wednesday morning to confirm delivery would be that day and a phone call saying the driver was approx. 30 mins away later in the afternoon. The bed and mattress duly arrived. Mattress seems fine but cannot comment on the bed yet as haven't had a chance to unpack/build it.

“Disgraceful service”

I ordered two items and selected a delivery day. Waited in all day, no delivery. When phoned it was impossible to get an answer and on more than one occasion I was cut off after 10 minutes on hold. Eventually completed an online contact form and have been dealing with the same person for nearly a week. Have been given the same message daily, blaming the delivery company for the problems. Have now requested a refund for the second time but as yet have had no response. I feel their Customer Service is non existent and wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. All I can hope for is that at sometime I will receive a full refund. I feel my next option is to contact my credit card company. Do not use this company under any circumstances.

“Better than expected”

I almost cancelled my order after reading the recent reviews on here, glad I didn't though. Product got delivered to my door 2 days after I ordered, nice chap, even helped me carry all the boxes up to the flat. High quality stuff, missing a couple of small parts which is frustrating, but had spares from our old bed and I've emailed for replacements anyway. Don't be put off, quick delivery and pretty fair prices for what you get.
