I ordered a mattress from this company on the Wednesday and selected Saturday delivery because I work and weekends are the only time I'm off. By 1.30 pm on the Saturday I had heard nothing. No confirmation email or delivery confirmation. I will add at this point they took payment from my bank straight away.
Rang this company to double check that they were going to deliver. The guy on the other end of the phone was abrupt and told me they had. Tried to deliver at 9 am that morning. NO THEY HADNT. I was up from 7.45am, never moved out of my house. I have 4 big dogs that bark if anyone comes near my house. Rearranged for Monday delivery. A day off work without pay. Rang them at 1pm on the Monday to double check and was told it wasn't coming!!!!
The lady this time told me that any deliveries miss on Saturday had been rescheduled for Tuesday so I was never going to get the mattress on Monday . Was told 100% guaranteed it would be delivered Tuesday and they would ring an hour before giving me time to. Get home from work and not miss another day. 12.30pm Tuesday. Just got off the phone with them. The mattress is not coming today surprise surprise . There was a mix up in their depot. Told them I wanted my money back which the guys said ok to but would take 3 to5 working days to go back into my bank. Remember they took my money staright away.
I have told them if I don't get an email to confirm this I will be talking to trading standards in the morning. Shocking company, shocking customer service
I will be telling everyone I know about this company and not to shop there
