I ordered two items and selected a delivery day. Waited in all day, no delivery. When phoned it was impossible to get an answer and on more than one occasion I was cut off after 10 minutes on hold. Eventually completed an online contact form and have been dealing with the same person for nearly a week. Have been given the same message daily, blaming the delivery company for the problems. Have now requested a refund for the second time but as yet have had no response.
I feel their Customer Service is non existent and wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. All I can hope for is that at sometime I will receive a full refund. I feel my next option is to contact my credit card company.
Do not use this company under any circumstances.
