delivered 1st package of 2 on schedule.
2nd package 'lost in transit' and nobody able to locate.
after promises from supplier repeat delivery failed a further 4 times with no confirmation e-mail, phone call or text.
Bed re-ordered and still didn't turn up as promised.
Ordered exactly the same bed from a totally different supplier who delivered full package next day within the time slot specified.
two couriers sent to pick up returned package (waste of time for one) - bed finally turned up (un-announced) and had to be returned.
Total waste of my time and disruption to work & induced stress.
appalling service from supplier (and courier subject to Worldstores administration).
