I had a terrible experience on the phone with this woman, basically the instructions for this bar stool were not complete, therefore, we didnt assemble the stool properly, so the gas lever was not working, i phoned the company and spoke to this man who was very nice and asked me if I had removed the safety cap, of cour se i said what safety cap as there was no such notice, then I got an email from this woman for dissaemblng instructions, so I rang her and spoke to this woman who was so rude telling me it was my fault i damaged the stool, even so i said i didnt have this sticker telling me to remove the cap to release the gas lever, she basically called me a liar and implying I was incompetent and they sold loads and had no problems except me ! she had no time for me and told me that if i want to send it back it will be at own expense £10 to repare it and would send it back for another £10, I damaged it therefore my problem, not taking into account I did not have proper instructions, but that was my word against hers, she more or less called me a liar, then she said there is no more i can say, i havent got time for this i am very busy and I am going to go, do what you want, not my problem, i said i did not think much of their customer service and put the phone down before she did, I was shaking with frustration and anger as she was SO rude. Stool is nice but after sales service , terrible ! I know her name, shame on you.
