On November 3rd 2013 I returned a sofa to Asda that was damaged when delivered. Customer service was hopeless they would keep me waiting on the phone for over 5mins while they made enquiries, then they would say they would phone back, but they never did. Eventually I wrote to the managing director. He passed my letter on to someone else who was very helpful. But despite him telling me I would get my new sofa in the middle of August 2014 it never arrived. It is now 30th September 2014. I am now going through the process once again, but this time I want my money back.
DO NOT BUY FROM ASDA!!!!!!
