“Rubbish service, zero customer support, will let you down”

First time of dealing with this organisation and the last. Booked via internet, after non receipt of confirmation email, telephoned several times, kept on phone to advisor from (Indian Call Centre) for over 30 minutes, only to be told could not find booking, even after confirmating their booking reference. They telephoned hotel who were also not aware of reservation, Venere said shall we cancel and you can talk to hotel direct. I leave the decision to you if you want to take a chance!!
