Horrible Service!

They are horrible! They lack customer service and courtesy. I would never use them. The agent I worked with didn't know how to follow up, I did it for her. After I expressed the urgency of my trip, it was still treated like a second class priority. Horrible! Nearly on the verge of tears because of the imposed fustration. Never again!

Might I add- thier opperators are rude as well. One of them even dropped my call intentionally to a manager line where I had alreadt sat on on for 15 minutes before I hung up. I guess him asking me what my concern was really meant he didn't want to hear it!

Horrible!
