I had one issue. When booking I couldn't pay for my bag and get the lower rate. The airline policy said I could do pay during booking, but I was not given that option. I don't know if that was Travelation or Spirit Airlines. Regardless that was my one issue, other wise a very good experience. Site was easy to navigate and book flight.
