I booked 279HC8 today morning. by mistake i misspelled name and advised to your call center within 2 hours time. The guy over there tried to foul play and asked me that i have to pay USD 150/-. He tried playing foul. He later offered USD 75 and USD 50 for name change which is non existent.

I have to talk to manager for 1/2 hour and threat him that it is against terms mentioned on your website. Finally he agree to cancel the booking without charge.

If you explicitly mention that customer have 12 hours for review then pls honor same and do not try to play foul and overcharge.
