A bunch of liers are running the show there. You can never trust a single word or promise. They charge you higher than the price you see in their website at the time of online booking, claiming that the price goes up by the minute. Having gone through that myself and being tight in time as usual, I had no option other than accepting the extra charge which was an additional 10% of the original price. Although I paid that extra money, the receipt reflected the original price not the increased one. I called 10000 times asking that they fixed, and I received 10000 promise that they will. However, nothing happened. I kept calling and sending emails until they decided to ignore me after knowing my persistence. I needed the true receipt for reimbursement at work. However, these guys didn't want to cooperate at all. That is a clear indication that the extra money that I paid went to the agent and not to the airline company itself. And, that is why they don't want to send the actual receipt. It seems that they patented a new way for achieving money theft online, which is still under the law enforcement radars.
Stay away from this company, and don't buy the claim that the price is going up. You are entitled to the price you see at the time of booking. If a lawyer is reading this note, his comment would be highly valuable.
