Arrived at the station, FIFTEEN trains were cancelled. I contacted the trainline.com on the same day about a refund. Spoke to somebody in India who claimed to have no knowledge of the cancellations. Ten days later still no further forward! Their web forms, contact centre, email contacts, EVERYTHING are USELESS. I will never, EVER buy tickets from them again!
