Booked a ticket online from Australia. Website clearly says can change travel date by ringing this number. Rang the number told no- have to book a new ticket and we'll send a refund later on. Sure you will; how many people fall for that I wonder? Asked to be put through to complaints. Refused. Asked to be put through to supervisor - who told me the same thing (contradicted by website) and then put me through to- wait for it Scots Rail which had nothing whatsoever to do with the ticket or the train. These people are crooks; how are they allowed to operate?
