I can,t fault the holiday i have just returned from but i will never book through Sunmaster again. There is a complete lack of customer service/aftersale care. Also there are hidden charges after you have booked your holiday that are not shown on the website when you book. I tried contacting their customer services many times and the nearest i got to speaking to a representative was 9th in the queue after 20 minutes at 10p per minute. I also emailed them many times and the replies i recieved were very vague. I got fed up calling their customer services number and called the booking number and the call was answered immediately. I complained about their lack of customer service and recieved a call from the customer services manager. He said he would look into an issue for me and i am still waiting for an email after him saying he would be in touch within 24 hours. They advertise their holidays as a package but you have to sort out your own transfer from your destination airport to your accommodation.
