We had never booked a holiday on line before the male operator (sorry i cant remember his name) was cheerful and keen to help from start to finish the whole process took about 10 minutes with him ringing me back making us a better deal with the hotel. We then made a second booking for our friends this time with a female operator not as friendly but she did the job. My only quibble is the pricng you do on the website is not the actual price as i was told that the prices are not live even though we was looking at the same holiday for days and the price you came up with was several hundred pounds more'Even so we had a great holiday
