"last minute luxury tenerife holiday"

My wife and I decided at the last minute,that we wanted to escape this years dismal January weather and fly to Tenerife. I had tried many on-line and local travel agencies/firms but could not get the hotel we wanted/nor times/departure airport etc. Found the www.sunmaster.co.uk sight late one night,it was most informative and initially indicated that the holiday met all our criteria and that we could fly from Cardiff as preferred.Despite the time of day,the follow up by telephone was almost immediate and informed us that Cardiff was no longer available but that Bristol was.We confirmed the booking that evening and received all necessary paperwork on-line the following morning.Suffice to say we had a great holiday and would certainly use this company again. The only slight irritation occured at Tenerife airport,upon arrival.We had pre-booked a private taxi transfer to the hotel and had to make our way to the Viajes Urbis office to present our transfer voucher.It took at least 20 minutes to get a taxi due to the volume of people doing likewise.We could have saved this minor delay by just going outside and engaging one of the many taxis waiting,and at no additional cost compared to the voucher.The return pick-up from the hotel was to time.
