I felt cheated after I booked my holiday with sunmaster. I found this five star hotel in Algarve with a very good price in sunmaster website the price was less than half price comparing to other websites but there is a catch. the booking system is not straight forward, in my case the price on the web site was for half board accomodation, BUT when you get to the last step of booking procedure on line and click on pay after entering all your card details, you get a "message"! it says "you will get a call back from us".

I ended up paying £100 more than I had seen on the website for B&B instead of half board. they said if i wanted half board i had to pay £300 more?

I do not recommend this website to any one because they do false advertising which is unacceptable.
