This is the worst travel agency I have ever worked with. The website will say that it has the cheapest fare but when you are ready to book, it will be a different fare. If you call the customer service, they will have a different rate. You might be better off booking thru the airline directly even by paying a higher fare which is better than dealing with bunch of idiots and greedy people.
