“The Worst Customer Service”

I booked my India Ticket(Chicago to Bangalore) and they took $50 more from my account and they are not responding for the refund. Transaction money we fixed was one amount and they took $50 more on that. I will never trust them again and I will never book my tickets through makemytrip.com and I am not going to refer them to any of my friends. I will make everybody aware of what they are doing.

For online enquiries: they respond only for new ticket purchase, any of your problems they won't care.
