Last year I went to Bhutan through makemytrip.com . I was shocked to see the services, first of all ALL PROMISED meals were late, and were also very very very low in quality. In one hotel we only got Daal and rice as dinner. I understand there was no dedicated vehicle which I believe is a must, but then the group vehicle was also coming 2 hours late. At one place we were made to take the local bus to travel from one city to another, where all guests were standing in the bus.
Now I understand how MakeMyTrip.com has cut down costing for Bhutan tours, by simply taking away must services. Actually it was my fault only, when i was offered such a package from Makemytrip i thought this is way cheaper then other bhutan agencies, but then now I look back and realise that sometimes saving money can ruin your holidays. I strongly recommend people not to use MakeMyTrip.com for Bhutan holidays.
