I have booked a hotel room IN1107B00768 from 12 aug 2011 to 15 aug 2011 though MMT, but mmt agent booked it for 12 of JULY , i did not check the voucher. when i called them on 11th aug they said

when i mailed them regading the issue , they said they will look into matter ,but there was no response. when i repeatedly called and mailed after that i recieved a mail saying that ; they have booked according to my request.
then i requested them to arrange for voice conversation verification, they assured they will arrange sohrtly,but no reply.
after that i posted in \\\"reviewcentre.com\\\" and sent them a link of that, within 24 hours one of their executive called me and said that my booking amount will be refunded. within 4 days they have refunded my full booking amount.
i am surpriced \\\" if they have booked my according to my request \\\" , how could theyrefund my amount ?. this proves that they are fake and they are lying .
my question is not the money , this is about the honestnes & the commitment of the company while responding to their customer.
if there was a mistake they should not hesitate to accept that and they should try to solve it honestly , then only the customer will belive & come back to them
