This company is run by a bunch of idiots that don't know to create possible itineraries. We booked a flight to India and back to the US. The stop over in NYC, was seperated by 2.5 hours. No problem right? Well this company created the intinerary to change airports in NYC with a 2.5 hour break. They refuse to change flights because it it's physically not possible to make it to another airport in time to get through NYC from an internation flight. The customer service is horrible. Management consists of a bunch of dumb people that do not care about customers or customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
