I have never been spoken to so rudely before. I phoned Holiday Genie's customer line as I needed to cancel my booking and was unsure if the email I had qualified as a ticket/ whether I was able to have any of the cost back. The call was just answered with 'Hello' as if it were a person's house (slightly unnerving), the advisor barely listened to what I said and seemed offended. I even had to ask him to stop being so sarcastic as he essentially laughed at me down the phone.
He refused to cancel my ticket (money back or not). In the end I had to contact the airline directly.
I cannot understand where the good reviews come from.
