I booked once with this company and will NEVER do it again. For most customer service requests on the phone, they will tell you you have to send them an email because they cannot take your complaint over the phone. It takes them months to get back to emails, and they have now not responded to my last three emails where I threatened to take legal action (which I will).
They ripped me off over 450 pounds and will refuse to return any communications. The only word to use to describe this company is disgusting, I am surprised they are allowed to operate and not have been shut down.
If I could rate zero stars, or minus I would.
