booked through holiday genie to go to Washington on united, we remember from previous experiences that on any american airline you should confirm your flight so you don't get bumped off, we spoke to united and our tickets had been voided!!!! They reinstated them thank god but you this goes to show that you MUST CHECK WITH YOUR AIRLINE THAT YOU ARE ON THE FLIGHT. We also requested meals but this time we did it through Holiday Genie, they had no idea what they were and we eventually got them to sort it out (so we thought!). We thought we'd double check with united but guess what they hadn't received a meal request from Holiday genie for us, so we had to do it through the airline!! so remember THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT MEAL REQUESTS ARE!!!

i would never fly with united airlines ever. absolutley useless they seperated my whole family and even expected me to sit seperate from my 2 year old son. horribl ehorrible airline and rude staff !!!!!!!
