Impossible connections, flights changed without being told.

We booked because the price was so reasonable . But it appears it was too good to be true. One out flight to Vietnam we had a flight to Singapore with a connection to Ho Chi Minh this gave us 1 hr and 15 mins between connections which was short but do able. However when we arrived at Heathrow we were informed that out baggage would not be transferred and we could not book on to the connecting flight. Therefore we would need to clear customers pick up out bags change terminals and the. Checkin and go through security this was extremely stressful and we were almost refused entry to the flight. I phoned holiday genie at Heathrow and they said that this would be plenty of time- it was not. They also said they would try and find out further information on this and phone me back- they never phoned me back.

On our return flight they moved us from a 6pm flight to an 11am flight without informing us of these changes. When we spoke to them on our return home they said the onus was on us to check that are flights were still as stated. We were lucky the airline had space to accommodate us on our original flight.

All in all the service was atrocious and could have easily ruined our holiday.
