My husband and i booked flights with this company in october 2011 to Koh Samui we did not receive our e-tickets we kept ringing them kept getting brushed off. As we where not going till March 2012 not worried 3 weeks before we were going we where on the phone to them about 1 hour everyday we received a booking ref rang KLM up said no flights existed as holidaygenie had not paid for flights this happened again 1 week later the week before we were going we spent 5 hours 1 day on the phone to these people to get our tickets that we had paid for in full in october.We received our e-numbers 3 days before we where going we got no apology our flights where different than we had booked we had an extra day added on as well.These people are the rudest people they dont return your calls they where shouting at us to cancel we would not, these people had our money since october 2011 and as divers had booked our ferries and accomadation and our holiday time off.In writing this review we are doing it so if we can stop people booking with holidaygenie/flying eagles then they wont have to go threw the pain and upset we did.
