I booked a flight with this company to Denver because it was a fair bit cheaper than the rest.I paid my money ,then read the reviews .I thought omg and contacted Holiday Genie straight away I was thinking I had been ripped off.The staff were not so much rude but very abrupt and not to helpfull.I was informed everything was fine and my flights were booked with Delta.I called Delta who confirmed my flights had indeed been booked I must have gave the Delta agent quiet a fright when I raised my voice and said yesss.To which i promptly apologised ...
Overall I wouldnt buy a package holiday from these people due to the reviews but as far as flight only goes I will use again...
