I've used European Destinations for the last 6 years and everyone has been very helpful on planning our trip. Most of the representatives worked welland were very patient with us. The arrangements were satisfactory. However, if you plan to contact European destinations make sure you don't talk to a girl named Ana Maria.She is the most rude, inpatient and who DOES NOT like to answer any questions. I spoke to her a couple of weeks ago and I had the bad luck of talking to her.I questioned abut a price given to me on and she gave me a different price which was much higher than the one quoted on line. When I asked about this she said' if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else". I have never had such experience.I've have recummended ED to many friends, however it seems to me like either management and practices have changed at ED. They don't seem to give a damn about their customers.
