My husband and I were going to use this website to book our vacation. They tried to screw us out of $400 because they did not book the flights whenever we made the reservations and waited until the following Monday. Needless to say I canceled with this and used Vacations To Go. Use Vacations To Go, they are nice, speak clear English, and aren't trying to screw you over.

We are sorry to hear you did not have any luck with our website. We do have cases where the airfare expires before the airline tickets have been issued. These are rare cases but it can happen. All travel websites have the same dynamic booking process. Within this process we all book and issue the airline tickets from the same system. As you can imagine fares are changing by the second. Sometimes within the time of the package being booked and the ticket being issued the availability may have been taken. In these cases we always try to find the closest in price and schedule as you had selected. Sometimes in these cases the price changes. When we tell our clients we need three business days to confirm your trip it’s for the cases like this. Where we may have to search for an alternative. We are truly sorry that the booking process did not work well for you. We hope you try us again in the future.
