You won't find a place to get you to Europe for cheaper than this. But of course, you get what you pay for. When we submitted our reservations, they took over a day to respond, and by that time the plane had booked up and they needed to put us on another one for more money. If they would have just processed the reservation instead of being slow, we wouldnt have had any problems. They also don't tell you ANYTHING about the rooms you are purchasing from them, and the titles they have labled for them don't even match up to the hotels websites, so you really have no idea what your getting yourself into. They also switched our plane without us knowing it between the two cities we are traveling to, so that's awesome.
All I know is I am really turned off by the "European Standard"- this wouldn't have been an issue in America.

We then need to offer our clients a different flight, there are times that the flight is cheaper but unfortunately in your case it was not.
