I waited for more than one a month before I realized that I will never get any order. They will not respond to my emails. When I saw on feeluniques website that they have a question in the help center called "you have taken my money but not send my goods, why?" I understand.... this seems to be a common problem. I have purchases a product online recently from Feelunique. I have never received the product - even though I have paid for it. I have emailed their customer service area many times - and I have not received any response from Feelunique. I paid extra in postage to receive the item faster than the normal 'free delivery' time period of 15+ days. “Terrible - Avoid!!!”

Delivery took ages and they don't provide a nominated delivery day. And, the courier they use isn't contactable so you can't collect your parcel. So essentially, you just have to take 3 weeks off work in case they decide to deliver your stuff. Product arrived damaged and their customer service just ignore all emails. Will never use again. Basically chose to purchase frm this company as the products and prices on their site r pretty good but after havin placed my order over two weeks ago and not havin seen a thing from my parcel, Im getting really frustrated. Spoke to someone in their customer "care team" and should've just hung up again, wouldve saven me a big migrane. Utterly lethargic and got the " cant be bothered" attitude down to the T. I've ordered twice from them now and both times the parcel has arrived quickly and with no extra hassle. The prices are much better than buying in shops and the website is easy to use. I will definitely be shopping here again. The only thing that is a bit annoying is that once something is dispatched, you cannot see if it has been delivered online - perhaps because there is no signature required and they must just use Royal Mail. I bought an item in their sale - a Figs & Rouge balm. Got an email thanking me for my order, but then a week later I realised I'd not heard anything else. I ordered three things from feel unique: L'Oreal Paris nutrisleek conditioner Betty Hula Facial Oil Argan Oil Conditioning Hair Treatment The L'Oreal conditioner was the same price as in the shops with free delivery. The Betty Hula Oil was £1 cheaper and the Argan Oil Conditioning Treatment was also cheaper than in the shops so I was really pleased as saved myself at least £2.50 and the free delivery means that I didn't have to pay extra on top.
