I had three tattoo removal sessions with the incredibly rude "owner" who clearly did not have a clue what she was doing. This woman has scarred my skin which yes can be part of the process however the reputable tattoo removal service I now use has informed me the laser was too high. We know this is the case as I have had another tattoo removed which has left not a mark! Everything was an inconvenience to this woman, she would mutter under her breath and openly bad mouth clients to the other staff when they left. If you had a good experience here you are extremely lucky, if you think this is a case of bad grapes come see my scarring and see how you feel then. its true what they say if it' seems to good to be true (in this case price wise) it usually is. I now may need a tattoo to cover the scars! Shocking service and worst experience ever. Do not go as they move the business on a whim probably when they get too many complaints so avoid them now in East Kilbride. Do your homework, I wish I had!

I purchased 6 sessions of IPL for £60 via Groupon. They contacted me before my first appointment to say I had to come to East Kilbride instead of glasgow which is where the voucher was meant to be for. I requested a refund and they said to contact Groupon. I called Groupon who said the salon had clicked that my voucher had been redeemed even though I hadn't had any treatments yet. They said tell the salon to email them with a short confirmation email to verify that I hadn't started my treatments. I chased the salon up for 7 months about it, contacting them every few weeks, and now finally the manager basically told me it's nothing to do with them and she refuses to send the short confirmation email. How rude! They have a bad reputation for a reason. Don't believe the odd 1 or 2 positive reviews you read - they are clearly written by their friends or family members. Terrible, terrible service, lack of organisation. Word of mouth is how businesses grow, and you will fail miserably.

Never had the good sense to check a review before buying my groupon for laser tattoo removal and sincerely wish I had. Showed up to closed doors and relocated premises with no offer of apology, can't get through on phones, incredible rude and confrontational 'management' - the whole nine yards which have already been mentioned. I could take all of that if it were simply poor service however my arm is severely scarred and bubbled from where they carried out the removal despite my patch test being the exact same. I now have an ugly scar/tattoo hybrid which people comment on all the time and because it is raised and angry looking it cannot be covered with make up. Please- steer clear of this place and if you decide to have removal do your homework and go to a reputable place. It genuinely breaks my heart and shames me when I have my arms out because of their incompetence :(

Paid for a block of 4 Tattoo removal sessions, had 2 sessions then turned up for my third, Sign was off the wall, doors locked at Buchanan St. Guess what they disappeared, I received no advance warning they were closed, no one will return my calls. I see they have opened in East Kilbride, completely dodgy setup don't touch.

Said I would write a review as it's deserved Don't judge a buisness through jealous competing company's and silly arrogant clients . I can assure u they are exceptional

Avoid this place like the plague.. Got 4 vouchers from groupon for my birthday, have had nothing but bother since I got them, cancelling appointments at the last minute, not answering messages and don't start me on the attitude and unprofessionalism.. I to will be reporting them to groupon hopefully get them closed.. I would have gave them no stars but there's no option for that..

Same as all the other reviews, nothing happened that hasn't already been mentioned. The issue I have is with the unprofessionalism and horrible attitude from the manager. Complete lack of respect for any potential customers, extremely rude and confrontational. Never experienced anything quite like it. Based on the attitude (and the spelling/grammar), it would take a good one to guess you were speaking to someone of authority within a company. Please go elsewhere!!!!

I would advise everyone to stay clear of this company. They took my money through Groupon for 6 IPL sessions, I had 2 sessions, then all of a sudden they were flooded. I advised I couldn't travel to East Kilbride for appointments and explained I was happy to wait, the girl was so cheeky and advised me that this was not possible. I then asked for a refund and again she advised me I would not be due a refund and in fact I owed them for the 2 sessions I already had at full price. When I queried this she was extremely rude and advised she would get the manager to call me. 4 weeks on and still nothing. Never ever use this company or if she has re-opened under a new name in East Kilbride or anywhere else avoid unless you want to be ripped off. In a way I hope the failing of her business make her bankrupt eventually. Karma!!!

I paid for six session of IPL with Vital Cosmetics in Glasgow. I received 3 sessions of IPL and was then contacted by the company to advise me that they had been "flooded" and they have relocated. This relocation was too far for me to travel therefore I contacted the company to have half the money reimbursed as I had not had all six sessions. I was answered with abussive text messages advising me that I was "getting nothing from them" and "I could do what I want cos I had already had well worth what I had paid for". Since then I have received furthur abussive text messages. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!

Received a voucher for the above and have been phoning for over 1 month to book an appointment - no one available to take your call then line goes dead. I have filled in umpteen call back requests and heard nothing. Avoid this company.

I myself have been stung by the worst company ever!!! The worst thing was I never even got contacted to say they were closed!!' So travelled all the way there for nothing!!!! Unprofessional and the manager is so rude!! Clearly no skills in business management and the failing of her business proves it!! All they survived on is groupon deals!!

Bought a block booking. Turn up to a shut down clinic, not flooded as suggested! They done a midnight flit. To then receive threatening text messages from the owner! Who is btw still trading with all ur money.

I had a repeat appointment this morning but received a couple of strange texts last night from Vital Cosmetics... Text 1... Premises Sorry followed a short time later by Text 2.... ...ice but this was out of our hands We sincerely apologise Vital Team I replied back...can you please explain the garbled text? Their reply astonished me... Text 3.. Excuse me Garbled text get some manner Text 4... You can obviously read cant you its pretty self explanatory I then forwarded what had been sent to me to show her what I had received and why I wasnt sure what it meant..and this is the reply I got.. Text 5... You know what plz dont attend the clinic your costume ( presumably custom)isnt welcome and its not a garbled txt its a txts to explain the clinic is closed your attitude is shocking I dont want you to attend my clinic ever... Several abusive texts back from her later I gave up trying to explain that I hadn't received the full text ( not my phones fault like she advised me as its new - presumably an issue with phone service )..... I have worked in customer service for years and the first reply back to me should have explained what had happened rather that jumping down my throat...if I had known that they had had a flood and the clinic would be closed until further notice I wouldnt have bothered travelling up to Glasgow on my day off to find the doors closed ---- seriously Im surprised that you have customers with the attitude you have...I would suggest you go to a couple of classes to learn how to interact with clients AVOID THIS COMPANY...

Long story short...I bought a Wowcher voucher back in December for 6 IPL sessions. I have only used 3 sessions due to Vital cancelling appointments/staff illness/broken machine and was told that my voucher "has expired". Apparently, if you don't go to the clinic for more than 3 months your voucher is scrapped because they "don't make any money from it anyway". Pity they didn't tell me that earlier. Also, the fact that they repeatedly cancelled appointments and couldn't fit me in for appointments is irrelevant - and so is the fact that they cancelled my last appointment because the IPL machine was broken and then ever bothered to call me to reschedule when they promised me they would - apparently that is all my fault as I was supposed to psychically know when the machine was fixed. Well, I wish I'd psychically known what an unprofessional, diabolically managed company this was as I might as well have taken £60 and flushed it down the loo!! Do not give this company money - they are a total sham. And if you do get stung, don't bother complaining to the Manager - her response will just make you MAD! I've never experienced such dreadful customer service or had to read emails from somebody with such an allergy to spell check and apostrophes. You have been warned!

In terms of the hair removal treatment I recieved here it was ok but the main issue is the incredibly poor customer service. It is literally impossible to get through to them on the phone to book an appointment. Rebooking at the desk is quite awkward because the treatment you are getting is loudly discussed. From a buisness perspective I honestly dont understand why they wouldnt put more effort into getting their pbone system sorted so that people can actually book the treatments that they want to pay for!! Maby the issues could be resolved if they just employed a receptionist!! I am looking elsehwere to have the treatments done now.

Purchased a voucher for Tattoo removal, took me about 2 weeks to get through to them on a premium number. When i went along for my patch test, no hello, no information about the treatment at all was terrible experience, had a reaction to treatment and was told that i would be refunded, 4 weeks later still nothing, cannot get them on the phone or email. Owner is a NED and as somebody mentioned wanna WAG company. Please avoid otherwise you will have a nightmare of a time. Groupon are now involved and possibly remove them from their website.

This is the worst Mickey Mouse Outfit you are ever likely to experience. Like most girls I love a bargain and have been to some fabulous beauticians for various treatments who treat you really we'll despite it being a voucher or not. The thing this place totally doesn't get, is that the deals are meant to build up your clientele in the hope that you will come back. Believe me ladies you will Never go back here. Customer service is non existent from the complete Ned that runs this joint. The positive reviews in this listing can only have been written by herself !!! You cannot get through to make an appointment and when you do it takes weeks or months apart. There is a complete lack of privacy, the girl on reception asks you in front of everyone what you are here for so if you are hoping for privacy ' Don't '. This is also the same person that does your treatments. Consultation is a joke, a quick look at you with her nose in the air and absolutely no experience or professionalism involved. No certificates or qualifications visible in this place. You will be in and out in a nano second so don't waste any time filling the parking meter because she really isn't interested and can't wait to get you out the door. No offer of a seat is given never mind telling you to lay on the bed so she can properly assess your needs. No before or after photos are offered, no rundown of specifics to discuss treatment options or achievements and absolutely no aftercare advice. A total joke and the rudest most unhelful, misfortunate, unhappy, abrupt staff member you are ever likely to meet in your life!!!!!!! Please think twice before spending any money here - it's a miracle they are still operating.
