Ordered 3 items at the beginning of March, all showed in stock on the website. A week later one item arrived, but I waited and waited for the other items & eventually rang customer services who said they had been out of stock & had now been sent out via Royal Mail & therefore couldn't be tracked. This was not the postal service advertised on the website. When I complained about the poor service they said they would send out duplicate items as a courtesy. To date I have only received the original one item & have therefore asked for a refund. Very very disappointed in the service & the operating director should be fired. How difficult is it to get it right?
