On Wednesday , April 3rd around 5 pm, we visited The Fragrance Shop in Manchester Arndale, to use an o2 priority moments offer to buy a gift in a happy mood. All i can say is that i had a horrible experience and attitude issue with a member of your staff turning her eyes up at her other colleague when i turned my back, which my friend informed me as she was stood behind me. This particular member of staff (tall with long blonde hair) returned from the stockroom with the perfume and i confronted her to express my feelings of her rudeness and how i felt it was totally unacceptable. All i got in return was how she can refuse to serve me if she chooses and basically made me feel intimidated. I suggest you see the cctv evidence for yourself as am sure you presume your members of staff are representing the company in the way they were trained. I am business woman myself and i have never ever complained until now, therefore i took my business elsewhere. This persons bad attitude has had a huge effect on me.
If your customers encounter bad attitudes from an employee like this they won't come back. After a long day at work i don't want to deal with snippy or rude representatives, such as her.
When a company gives out offers surely it is to bring in customers rather than a member of staff to look down their nose at them. Disgusted is not the word. I hope you take this on board and take this complaint into serious consideration. This is as honest as i can be. Thanks.
